If you answered ‘yes’, we encourage you to visit Starting Lean and complete the survey today … here’s why:
There was significant interest in capturing the energy generated at the two Startup Weekends held at Dalhousie last year and converting it into a semester-long course. Your survey entry will help us gauge the level of interest and design a course that best fits the needs of the participants.
The course will be based on the Lean Startup methodology developed by Steve Blank and Eric Reis. The course will focus on:
- Mapping and communicating your venture using the Lean Canvas platform (developed by Ash Maurya)
- Problem discovery
- Customer development
- Validation of the proposed business model
Please share Starting Lean with anyone who may be interested. For questions or comments, please contact Dr. Ed Leach, Director of the Norman Newman Centre for Entrepreneurship, at ed.leach@dal.ca or 902.494.1816
