Research Interests: Dr. Aiken is a health services and policy researcher with a focus on military and Veteran populations. She was the founder and first scientific director of the Canadian Institute for Military and Veteran Health Research (www.cimvhr.ca). Her current works focuses on analysing large databases about Veteran health, chronic pain, and care post major trauma with a focus on women and women Veterans.
