Jascinth Butterfield is the School's Administrative Manager and oversees budget administration, office management, staff selection and supervision, data collection and report production. Jascinth also advises the Director on administrative details and participates in decision-making within the School.

James modifies existing software and hardware to meet the School's needs. He also maintains, repairs and keeps inventory of electronic and mechanical equipment. He prepares computers and other equipment for laboratory use, and serves as a resource for faculty, students and staff.

Lil provides communications support to faculty, staff and students through the administration of the school's website, e-newsletter, social media, and collateral development.

Tammy joins the school after working with the Interprofessional Education program in the Faculty of Health for the past 10 years.

Pallavi provides administrative support to the Director of School of Physiotherapy and Administrative Manager and performs office management duties in the School of Physiotherapy. Pallavi also provides administrative support to the School’s Appointment and Reappointment, Tenure and Promotion Committee including receiving dossiers as well as assisting with the coordination of monthly meetings and special events.
Pallavi joined the School of Physiotherapy in October 2021 with over 10 years of experience in office management and administration.

In addition to processing applicant files for the two graduate programs, Kelly answers enquires about the programs; provides support to students, staff and faculty; assists in the development of promotional material and represents the School at recruitment events.
Kelly joined the School of Physiotherapy in July 2008. Prior to that, she worked in Family Medicine.
