Biography

Ms. Ritchie has an extensive nursing background in acute care and community settings working in four provinces across Canada. She began her career at Dalhousie as a clinical instructor in 2002 and became a full-time instructor in the Clinical Learning and Simulation Centre in 2010.

Ms. Ritchie’s interests are in simulation learning, curriculum development and inter-professional education. She has played a major role in establishing the high fidelity simulation centre at the school of nursing and very much enjoys working in this teaching modality. She has also been deeply involved in curriculum development for the undergraduate program within the School of Nursing.
