Almost a decade from concept to completion, the Collaborative Health Education Building opening was a milestone event at Dalhousie in 2015. More than 200 attended the ceremony on December 1st, emcee’d by Dean Will Webster. Speakers included Premier Stephen McNeil, Health and Wellness Minister Leo Glavine, Nova Scotia Health Authority CEO Janet Knox, and Dalhousie President Richard Florizone. Highlights included student demonstrations in the CHEB’s simulated hospital and clinic settings.
