More than 45 years of meaningful research
The School of Health and Human Performance (HAHP) has a rich history, first opening its doors to students in 1966 (PDF – 703 KB). The school has changed and developed over time, but its ability to provide meaningful research and outstanding academic opportunities has remained constant.
We offer undergraduate and graduate programs in Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Recreation Management, and Therapeutic Recreation. Small class sizes and a friendly atmosphere will enrich your academic experience. As well, in lectures and research labs, you’ll benefit from the expertise of our nationally and internationally recognized faculty.
