Suzanne Rigden

Suzanne Rigden (she/her) is an accomplished opera singer and educator, holding a Master of Music (MMus) in Opera Performance from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Music (BMus) in Voice Performance from Memorial University of Newfoundland. With an international career spanning both opera and concert repertoire, Suzanne is equally dedicated to teaching and nurturing the next generation of musicians.

In 2018, she co-founded Musique 3 Femmes, a performance ensemble and non-profit organization that supports emerging Canadian female and non-binary operatic creators. In 2023, she furthered her commitment to the arts by co-founding OperAtlantic, Atlantic Canada's newest opera company, which aims to introduce interactive operatic experiences to new audiences.
