She served as Assistant Professor of Theatre at Acadia University from 2023–2025 and completed her research-creation PhD in the Individualized Program in Fine Arts at Concordia University. Her dissertation, Composing with the Event—Performance Practices that Move Toward Neurodiverse Perception/Sensation, received the 2023 Governor General’s Gold Medal Award.
