Building a sustainable environment through research
Engineers Canada has set a goal to increase the percentage of female engineers to 30 per cent by 2030. The Engineering program on the Truro campus is currently 26 per cent female. At the forefront of the change on campus is Georgie Gunn and Sarina Lund.
Asante Logistic Group Inc., (ALG) in partnership with Dalhousie University’s Dr. R. Lada, Principal Scientist, Emeritus Professor, Department of Plant, Food, and Environmental Sciences and Mitacs received a three-year funding for an Industrial Postdoctoral Fellow.
The job will provide practical experience in a wide range of vegetable horticulture production
