Walktober – Move more, more often
The month of October is once again “Walktober” at Dalhousie, with the goal of increasing physical activity among employees. While we may be working in a wide range of places and spaces, Walktober’s goal of getting people moving more remains, ideally outside.
There are two ways to get involved: 1) track your walks and/or 2) send in a photo of what you see as you walk.
