The European Research Council has shared a calendar of next year's tentative grant call dates. Open dates may deviate up to one month from the anticipate date, and deadlines may deviate up to two months, and these dates are shared to help candidates plan their application timeline.

Researchers with collaborators in the EU may be especially interested in the Synergy Grants.

Synergy grants include 2-4 PIs, one of whom can be located in Canada, and provide up to €10 million over 6 years.

Anticipated call open: July 13, 2022.
Anticipated call deadline: November 8, 2022.

We encourage researchers to connect with their colleagues in the EU about possible collaborations.
