Description: In the Feb 2024 update from CFI, the CFI announced the establishment of a core-facility-specific funding stream for the Innovation Fund 2025 competition. This important step by the CFI is one that CNSP and its leadership have been advocating for since the creation of the CNSP in 2016 and is certainly welcome news to the CNSP community. CNSP will gather community input and send feedback to CFI to highlight strengths of the program and evaluation strategy and provide constructive feedback on areas that might need improvement.
