The event includes notable keynote speakers, including Rada Mihalcea from the University of Michigan and Doina Precup from McGill University. The symposium also includes the following parallel workshops:

  1. A Gentle Introduction to Deep Learning
  2. AI in Healthcare,
  3. AI for Sustainability and Oceans, and
  4. Creating a community for AI and tech in Atlantic Canada: challenges and opportunities.

You can find more details about the event here: DAIS24 Event Information.

We're delighted to share that our sponsor, Springboard Atlantic, in collaboration with the Faculty of Computer Science, is generously fully funding the event, making registration free for all. If you’re available, we warmly invite you join to us!

Register here.

Additionally, we welcome contributions in the form of posters from previously published and presented work. More information on the poster session is available here.

We look forward to your participation!
