The Association of Commonwealth Universities is currently accepting applications for ACU Gender Grants, which are awarded annually to member universities to support initiatives that will boost gender equity and equality on campus. The value of each grant is 1000 GBP and any staff member who is involved in supporting gender equity and equality at their institution is eligible to apply.

These grants can help members to meet the costs of a diverse range of initiatives, workshops, and events in areas such as:

• Supporting women in leadership
• Raising awareness of sexual harassment and developing anti-sexual harassment initiatives
• Supporting women in science and research
• Creating effective institutional policies
• Mainstreaming gender equity into the curriculum
