1. Dalhousie Ombudsperson: Diane Hawco
The ombudsperson provides independent, impartial and confidential support to students who want to resolve any university-related concerns. Advises of rights and responsibilities, and procedures to follow to resolve university-related concerns. Facilitates discussions between appropriate university administrators. Makes referrals to appropriate offices and resources within the university.

How to contact:
The ombudsperson is available for in-person meetings on the Agricultural Campus. This semesters in person office hours are September 20th 2017 (Dairy Building Boardroom), October 13th 2017 (TBD), November 17th 2017 (TBD), and December 11th 2017 (TBD). The ombudsperson is otherwise available by email, telephone and skype and will increase in-person hours as needed.

Human Rights & Equity Services provides confidential advisory and support services to members of the Dalhousie Community on issues related to Human Rights, Personal Harassment, Conflict Management and Sexualized Violence.
