On June 11 and 12, 2015, we will be hosting a Symposium related to the 'Impacts of alkaline stabilized biosolids application on fate and transport of emerging substances of concern in agricultural soils, plant biomass and drainage water'. The Symposium is based around a Canadian Water Network- Canadian Municipal Water Consortium funded project with the Innovative Waste Management Research Group at Dalhousie as the lead investigators. We are partnered with Acadia University, Trent University, McGill University, University of Guelph, and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, as well as the NS Federation of Agriculture, Walker Environmental, NS Departments of Environment and Agriculture, Ontarion Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Halifax Water, and Perennia.
