d18O and d2D in seawater

Picarro L2130-i Water Isotope Analyzer

 δ18O and δ2D isotopes

Freshwater and seawater samples are analyzed on this Picarro water isotope analyzer.

Methodology

One ul of water is injected, vaporized and introduced into the analyzer where readings of d18O and d2D are obtained using the cavity ring down spectrometry (CRDS) technique.
