CIHR: Promoting Your Research

Posted by Suman Jha on December 4, 2017 in Announcements

CIHR Communications has recently launched their revised recognition guidelines online here

This valuable CIHR guide will help CIHR-funded researchers, institutions, partners and stakeholders to ensure that they acknowledge and brand the organization correctly and consistently to help increase our visibility.

As a federal agency, CIHR is bound by the Policy on Communications and Federal Identity of the Government of Canada, which dictates, among other things, the need for appropriate Government of Canada visibility at events and announcements of funding, in communications, in our products and platforms.

The more we share your stories and attract attention to research advances and what CIHR does, the more we build public support for the entire health research enterprise. We look forward to working with you and can be reached at communications@cihr-irsc.gc.ca

CIHR wants to hear from you
Absence does not make the heart grow fonder – CIHR wants to hear from you as much as possible. There is a wonderful story to tell about the results and benefits of health research in Canada, but we need your help to truly make this a page turner. And, we need to keep telling this story. So, we encourage you to let us know when you have or, better still, are close to publishing the results of research funded by CIHR. Please drop us a line at mediarelations@cihr-irsc.gc.ca.
