As a grad student within the Department of Physiology and Biophysics, you’ll develop a keener understanding of how biological systems work—including how cells, tissues and organs function. Better yet, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to focus on an area that interests you, since we have five areas of research concentration:
- cardiovascular physiology
- neuroscience
- endocrinology and neuroendocrinology
- molecular and genetic physiology
- respiratory physiology
