CFS Translations

We encourage translation of the Clinical Frailty Scale© by interested clinicians, researchers, and/or organizations. Those who wish to translate the Clinical Frailty Scale should complete a permission request form and send it to gmru@dal.ca. Translators will be asked to provide an editable version of the translated text (e.g., MSWord document), which we will format. We also ask the translators to provide a citation (if applicable) to the publication in which the translated Clinical Frailty Scale was validated or first disseminated.
