McDonalds joining the plant based protein game
McDonald's is set to start serving a Plant-Lettuce-Tomato (promoted as a PLT) sandwich at 28 restaurants in southwestern Ontario. Dr. Sylvain Charlebois is available to provide comment on what the introduction of the sandwich will mean for the company and the market for plant-based products.
