Are Canadians unnecessarily adopting a gluten-free diet?
A recent study claims that many Canadians are adopting a gluten-free diet unnecessarily because gluten does not actually induce gastrointestinal symptoms. The study suggests that unless you have celiac disease there is no need to avoid gluten. Dr. Jo Welch is available to discuss the impacts of a gluten on a person’s health and why so many people are gravitating towards a gluten-free diet.
