Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) defends its equine transportation and enforcement policies - Sylvain Charlebois is available to speak about the transportation of live horses to Japan for slaughter and the lawsuit launched by animal welfare advocates against CFIA to end the transportation of horses to Japan for human consumption.
