Community‑based Fields of Practice
Interprofessional teams work collaboratively to develop an interprofessional plan to address, and a poster/video presentation concerning, the challenges encountered by a specific client population (e.g. sex trade workers, newcomers to Canada, older adults with dementia, wheelchair users in Halifax, etc.)
