Academic Advising

Students should contact the Undergraduate Advisor early in their studies to ensure they are taking courses appropriate to the degree they wish to obtain. Students must fulfill the English department's requirements as well as General Degree Requirements found in the university's undergraduate calendar.

Interested in the Honours Program?

Set up an appointment with Dr. Trevor Ross, the Undergraduate Advisor, through the English Department at 902-494-3384 or englwww@dal.ca. Students may apply for the honours programs following the completion of the second year of their degree.

Need to register for 4000-level seminars?

Download and fill out the 4000-level seminar form or drop into the office and pick up a hard copy. The deadline for 2016-17 classes is March 15, 2016. For more information contact Mary Beth MacIsaac, the Undergraduate Assistant at mbmacisaac@dal.ca.
