Research / Practice Interests

Susan Fitzgerald is a practicing architect and an assistant professor. Her architecture includes institutional, housing, civic, healthcare, public interest, and design-build projects. Research areas include: the spatial and social dynamics of cities, productive urban landscapes, and comparative models of practice. Since 2014 she has been running an urban systems studio investigating urban agriculture in Havana, Cuba.
