Fall Fitness Classes

Fall Fitness classes resume this fall both in-person and online for members and students only. Classes include yoga, Tabata and Fusion Fitness. 

You must register for in person class by emailing rams@dal.ca up to 48 hours in advance.  Space is limited for in-person.  Fitness classes are offered both in person and virtually.  If you want to register for virtual classes email rams@dal.ca and we will send you the link. 

Memberships to Langille Athletic Centre are available by calling 902-893-6660 or emailing rams@dal.ca.

Joy-Galloway-Jones will also be offering a Learn to Run 5K. Anyone can participate regardless of ability. The program will be a build-up to Rocky's Run on October 17th.    To Register
