Stay on campus with your group

One of the advantages of planning a conference or group event at Dal's Agricultural Campus is that we can accommodate your whole group in our traditional residences. In addition to the benefit of affordable rates, staying on campus ensures you're close to meeting and event venues and provides your group with easy access to some of our campus amenities.  

Where do I check in?

The front desk is located in Fraser House at 10 Horseshoe Crescent and is open daily from 8am to 10pm, with 24 hour on-call service. Please check in anytime after 3pm. See Getting Around for a map of the area.

Booking options

After signing your contract with Conference Services you have two options for managing overnight booking arrangements.

  • Individually-billed accommodations
    With this option, you book a number of rooms for the dates of the event and provide your delegates with the details to make their own individual reservations. Delegates pay for their accommodations upon check in.
  • Master-billed accommodations
    This option requires you to book and pay for all rooms in the event room block. Payment is due in full upon check in and you're responsible for cancelling extra rooms as per the contract.
