Policies

Final payment is due in full upon arrival
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. Additional charges may apply if room is not vacated by 10am
Minors (18 years old or younger) require supervision of a chaperone (19 years old or older)
Dalhousie is not responsible for lost or stolen property
Pets are not permitted in residence facilities, with the exception of working animals
Children over the age of 10 must have their own bed
Dalhousie reserves the right to change or cancel your reservation by providing written notice no later than 5 days in advance of your arrival date. Should your reserveration be changed and the the alternate accommodation be unsatisfactory, you may cancel your reservation
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control of Dalhousie University (such as flood, fire, storm, labour strike, etc) Dalhousie reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice or compensation

All group bookings must be confirmed with a required deposit and signed contract issued by Conference Services
The minimum chaperone-to-minor ratio is 1:8
Cancellation notice must be provided within 90 days (depending on arrangements with Conference Services) prior to the day of arrival or a fee for the group will be charged to the client
