1. Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) (France — travel to Canada)

• Intern level: Full-time master’s (Master 1 and 2) and PhD students, or postdoctoral fellows
• Themes: All disciplines
• Eligible institutions: Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA)
• Award amount: $6,000
• Duration: 12-24 weeks

2. Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Ukraine – travel to Canada)

• Deadline: Open all year
• Intern level: Full-time senior undergraduates, master’s and PhD students, or postdoctoral fellows
• Themes: All disciplines
• Eligible institutions: All universities in Ukraine
• Co-funding: No financial contribution is required from the Canadian institution
• Award amount: $6,000 to $12,000 (depending on the duration)
• Duration: 12-48 weeks
• Application process and submission: Submit to Mitacs through the local Mitacs representative
• Note: Two consecutive GRAs: Students registered at Ukrainian institutions will be allowed to complete two sequential GRA projects of up to 24 weeks per project (up to 48 weeks total).
