The Russell Sage Foundation, which primarily supports social science research, currently has calls open for several grants as well as their Visiting Scholar Program.

Note that grants from the Russell Sage Foundation are open to Canadian researchers, but the focus of research must be on the United States.

Research grants:

• Behavioral Economics.
• Special initiative on Decision Making and Human Behavior in Context.
• Future of Work.
• Social, Political, and Economic Inequality.
• LOIs for these opportunities are due by July 28, 2021.

Visiting Scholar Program:

The Russell Sage Foundations provides support for scholars to conduct their research and writing at the Russell Sage Foundation headquarters in New York City for up to one year. Supports include office space, salary contribution, and assistance with accommodations. Applications are due June 24, 2021. Learn more here.
