The fundamental aim of the Klarman Family Foundation's grants program is to understand the biology underlying the psychiatric disease anorexia nervosa, with the goal of accelerating progress toward prevention and treatment. The amount/duration is up to $750,000 over 1 - 3 years.

What we are looking for:

Who is eligible:

  • Researchers who hold a faculty appointment at a nonprofit academic, medical or research institution in the United States, Canada or Israel
  • Researchers with a strong track record in another field who can bring a new approach to anorexia nervosa research are also encouraged to apply
