This funding opportunity will provide support for the creation of six networks. The aim of these networks will be to provide research leadership in its focus area, to foster innovative research and practices, to build capacity and provide a forum that engages the research community and its partners (including but not limited to industry, charities, and patients and their carers).

This opportunity will provide funding for networks in the priority research areas of the funding partners. For CIHR-IMHA and MDC, these areas include Musculoskeletal (MSK) Rehabilitation, Muscular Dystrophy and Skin Health. For CIHR-INMHA, these networks seek to catalyze new research areas within the Institute's mandate.
