The Nova Scotia Department of Energy (NSDOE) has identified a need to inventory the province’s oil and gas education and training service providers. Education and training are valuable commodities that Nova Scotia can market to the rest of the world. They represent ‘lead products’ that can be used to open markets, introduce the Nova Scotia supply chain, and create economic opportunities for Nova Scotia businesses. When developing offshore energy projects, education and training are identified within the Offshore Accord as requirements for developer’s consideration, particularly for local benefits, as well as benefits to support disadvantaged individuals or groups.
Please note that this program requires a cover letter. Please submit the final version to DRS by Wednesday, March 07, 2018 to obtain the relevant signatures from the Signing authority.
