Certificate in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Foster inclusive spaces for meaningful dialogue. This certificate explores policies on fairness, respect, and civility. You'll gain strategies to navigate sensitive EDI-related issues and build a more inclusive workplace.

Certificate in Inclusive Leadership

This certificate empowers current and emerging leaders to lead with clarity, emotional intelligence, and purpose. By addressing bias, power, and privilege, you'll build the skills to make bold, inclusive decisions that inspire trust and drive change. You'll also gain the skills to foster equity, build stronger teams, and lead with lasting impact. Each course requires a minimum of 20 hours over three weeks.

Foundations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace

This eight-hour, self-paced course builds your knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion. You'll develop confidence, skills, and strategies to create positive change in workplace communication. Upon completion of the course, you'll earn a microcredential in Inclusive Communication Strategies.

"The instructor made sensitive topics around inequities and systemic issues easy to discuss and offers many different approaches to moving past performative allyship and truly acting and operating in solidarity with marginalized communities. You teach a diverse mix of adult learners—with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. This course helps you build the skills to create inclusive, engaging learning environments where every learner can thrive. Strengthen your teaching by reflecting on your assumptions and transforming your practice. Upon completion of the course, you'll earn a microcredential in Understanding Diversity and Inclusion.
