Sarah Minckler is a fourth-year political science major, with a particular interest in the study of military strategy. She is currently training to be an Intelligence Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces. This presentation overviews some of the findings from a report she prepared in connection with a directed-reading course in Political Science.
