The Process

Our customized consulting follows a continuous engagement model, designed to meet the unique and ongoing needs of various organizations. This includes: 

 
  1. Survey of organization, through which CELNET assesses e-Leader and virtual team performance/ areas of need
  2. Development of training, based on these survey results
  3. Delivery of training sessions for e-Leaders, managers, and team members
  4. Evaluation of organization post-training, with follow up check-ins, and the opportunity for team and leader reflection
