Elinor Crosby, SIM Associated Alumni Chair, is the Head Editor of INALJ Nova Scotia. INALJ (I Need a Library Job) is described on their website as, “A community of information professionals working together to help you find a job”.
Elinor regularly contributes to the INALJ blog and her June 10 article, “So You Have Blue Hair”, resonated with many; it received more views in two days than might be expected in a month. The article has generated a lot of discussion in multiple forums, notably the ALA Think Tank group on Facebook. Elinor’s article was also featured in AL Direct.
