9th annual SC & LM workshop
Supply Chain Analysis and Sustainability
December 3rd, 2024
Our flagship event, organized by Dr. M. Ali Ülkü, this series of annual Supply Chain and Logistics Management (SC&LM) workshops not only brings in distinguished academics and industry leaders to share their knowledge on the latest trends and cutting-edge research and best practices in SC&LM but also provides an excellent opportunity to cross-pollinate ideas and network with academics, practitioners, and students in a collegial environment while showcasing students’ accomplishments in research and industry-partnered experiential learning projects.

We were thrilled to have Dr. Anjali Awasthi (the president of the Canadian Operational Research Society and a full professor at Concordia University) as the keynote speaker. In her informative and inspiring talk, “Sustainability and City Logistics Planning,” Dr. Awasthi highlighted current practical and scholarly efforts towards sustainable city logistics and what challenges lie ahead, especially in the face of the climate crisis and unsustainable urban developments.
