"Collaboration is at the heart of our programming. This capacity and shared vision for physiotherapy is our strength."

~Dr. Derek Rutherford
Iterim Director of the School of Phyiotherapy

Welcome to the School of Physiotherapy’s 6th Autumn Newsletter.  This time of the year is one of the most exciting for the School of Physiotherapy. We welcome the Class of 2020, eager to begin the next phase of their lives; studying in one of the best and most versatile professions in the world. We wish the Class of 2018 well, graduating on the year of Dalhousie’s 200th Anniversary, as they embark on their journey with a graduate education in physiotherapy.

At this time, we also reflect on the past, the accomplishments, the moments, and events that continue to make Dalhousie Physiotherapy what it is today. This newsletter highlights this reflection and the continued celebration and development going on @DalPhysio.

Dalhousie Physiotherapy and our extended community; a united group, drawing on the diversity of our regions and the strength of our teams to set the bar for the future of physiotherapy in Canada and beyond. Collaboration is at the heart of our programming. This capacity and shared vision for physiotherapy is our strength.

Let us lead physiotherapy into the future, working together towards a shared goal of collaborative practice for the betterment of our fellow Canadians and the world beyond our borders.
