Summer 2022 Community News
By Kate Grosweiner
The Dalhousie School of Physiotherapy Clinical Education Team was pleased to organize and host a Dalhousie Physiotherapy Community Event Celebration in May of 2022. This was hopefully the first of many annual PT Community Events to be held during National Physiotherapy Month each May. This event was held in-person, on campus as well as recorded and streamed virtually throughout the Atlantic region. The School wanted to re-engage with our clinical partners in both public and private practice, across NS, NB, PEI and NL. This was a networking opportunity for faculty, staff, students and clinicians, allowing for new faculty introductions and research updates from the School. This event provided the School the opportunity to thank and recognize our clinical community with pins, certificates and awards.

We are extremely grateful to our clinical partners for continuing to support our students and clinical education program. Hope to see you again next year! For those who are interested in providing Clinical Placements in the fall of 2022 and/or winter term of 2023 I encourage you to reach out to the Clinical Education Team.
