Clinical Education Feature Festive 2024
We love celebrating our outstanding Clinical Instructors, and when it comes to mentoring, some clinical instructors go up and beyond in providing a rich environment for clinical practice experience and endless opportunities for learning while playing an active role in the exchange of ideas and experiences.
It is our great pleasure today to feature Emily Wignall who was presented with the Dalhousie University's School of Physiotherapy Clinical Education Award from her student Hannah Etheridge, at the Restorative Care Unit (NFLD).
Meeting of Clinical Education Provincial Representatives.
The School of Physiotherapy once again hosted the annual Clinical Education Meeting on October 25th of this year. In addition to the meeting, provincial representatives met with year 1 and 2 cohorts to provide a brief overview of the clinical practice landscape in their respective provinces. Representatives were also treated to a tour of the C3LR simulation centre by Noel Pendergast, Director for C3LR and simulated patient educator Sara Campbell Bligh.
