Research Interests

Our research is on the production of value-added products and the conversion of wastes from bio-related systems, to improve the well-being of individuals and society.  Recent areas of interest have been in the processing of food and biological materials, encapsulation technology for controlled research systems, bioprocessing and fermentation technology, and waste/biomass valorization.
