How to book a space
We invite you to book space for student-centered events, society meetings, and to host tutoring/TA hours by emailing email@example.com In your email please include the following:
- Your name, banner number, department
- Date and time you need the space
- What you need the space for i.e TA hours, tutoring session or event
- Society you're affiliated with if you're booking an event
We are happy to accomodate bookings outside of operating hours, but you must meet with the Manager prior to the event and fill out a Code of Conduct Form [PDF-100kb].
We ask that book your events at least two business days before the event is to take place. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for urgent bookings or any questions that you may have about the booking process.
MMSC is happy to collaborate with on and off-campus partners to help to facilitate student-centered events. If you have an idea for an event you would like to see or help facilitate, feel free to reach out over email or stop-by in person.
Note: This space is not bookable as study space. Study space is drop-in only and within operating hours.
