Dr. Allan Paulson

Allan Paulson, Director of CIFT

Dr. Allan Paulson, is a professor in Food Science at Dalhousie University and Associate Scientific Director of AFM Canada, the successor to AFMNet (a Canada-wide Network of Centres of Excellence (2003-11)). Dr. Paulson is a Certified Sommelier and teaches the brewing portion of the sommeliar course. Dr. Pauson has worked in food research for more than 25 years, specializing in food chemistry, processing and packaging.
