Nazmul Arefin Khan is a Postdoctoral Fellow and an Instructor at Polytechnique Montréal. He received a PhD degree in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University in 2020. His research interests include travel behaviour analysis, travel demand forecasting, traffic safety, agent-based microsimulation, econometric modelling methods, and machine learning. Dr. Khan has expertise in sustainable transportation engineering and planning, including data-driven transportation and land use systems modelling and simulation in urban, regional and rural communities.
