MD Jahedul Alam is a Sessional Instructor in the School of Planning at Dalhousie University. His research focuses on transportation systems modelling, simulation, and optimization, emergency evacuation planning and modelling, shared autonomous vehicle operations, travel demand and behavior modelling. During his PhD, he has been awarded multiple prestigious scholarships for genuine research contributions, including Izaak Walton Killam Pre-doctoral Scholarship, President Award, and Nova Scotia Graduate Scholarship.
