From March 2 - 6 we will hold our fourth annual Employee Appreciation Week, in partnership with the University of King's College. The week coincides with Employee Appreciation Day held on the first Friday in March and recognized in Canada and the United States.
The week is intended to show our appreciation and say thank you to you, our faculty and staff, for all that you do to help make Dalhousie and King's special places to work, study, and live.
We encourage you to send a Shout-Out to a fellow colleague or another member in our community who deserves some recognition. This year we also have Employee Recognition cards available to purchase through Printing Services. Note: In January, a 15-card sample pack was provided to HR administrators from each Faculty and administrative unit.
For employees observing Ramadan, treat boxes will be available for pick-up beginning on Tuesday, March 3 at various campus locations, including People and Culture, Room 150, Henry Hicks building, Studley campus. Details on other locations will be updated on this page as they become available. Quantity is limited.
