Dal now has a new direct link to LifeWorks, our employee and family assistance program (EFAP) via http://dal.lifeworks.com. You can log in with your NetID and password as you do for other Dal platforms, or you can seamlessly access EFAP if you are already logged in.

LifeWorks is a confidential program that consists of counselling services, WorkLife support (i.e., legal, financial, physical health support) and various resources on an easy-to-use website and app. Take a minute and explore it. You can also contact EFAP by calling 1-800-387-4765.

And remember, no one at Dal will know what EFAP information or services you access. Reasons to explore LifeWorks:

  • Feel supported 24/7, 365 days a year with a confidential support service for all of life’s stresses, whether you are expecting a baby, going through a divorce, feeling lonely or feeling overwhelmed at work. Talk to a counsellor through LifeWorks.
  • Access professionals for legal, financial, or health advice. Lifeworks’ network of professionals includes lawyers, financial consultants, nurses, health practitioners, and career counsellors.
  • Explore wellbeing topics from leading experts you are most interested in improving. Discover a wide range of articles, videos, and podcasts.
