POSITION: Marker – 3 positions available [Jan-April 2019]
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Environmental Sciences Department, Agricultural Campus, Truro
PAY RATE: As per CUPE collective agreement
WORK ASSIGNMENT: The marker will assist with grading related to Chemical Principles II, CHMA1001
Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Grade laboratory reports and assignments associated with CHMA1001, Chemical Principles II
2. Return graded reports/assignments in a timely fashion, maximum 6 days
REQUIREMNTS OF POSITIONS:
To have experience in marking. To have a good academic record. To have completed a science degree with a strong background in chemistry OR be in the third or fourth year of a science degree with an A- or better in chemistry. To be well organized. To be an independent worker. To be responsible. To be able to maintain confidentiality.
